Nov/Dec Evidence

At the request of many, here is the complete Nov/Dec brief in a Microsoft Word .docx file. Some of the page numbers may not align because of the conversion from pdf, but for the sake of getting this out to you quickly we have decided to accept those minor formatting inconsistencies.
